Following the distillery’s trend of using wine cask finishes, this 15-year-old expression was aged in ex-bourbon barrels for 14 years and laid in ex-Sauvignon Blanc casks for an additional 12 months. The result is a fruity and zesty whiskey with aromas of grapefruit, delicate green apples and honeysuckle, followed by zesty and fresh peppers, honeydew melon and vanilla on the palate.
