- A punchily concentrated South African tonic made by the botanical experts at the Geometric drinks company. The Spice Tonic is made using a spicy recipe of botanicals including Cape Snowbush, foraged from both the Atlantic coast & the dry Swartland to the north of Cape town, which adds a perfumed herbaceousness to the mix. It's a concentrated syrup, so it's great for cocktails or can be diluted down with sparkling water – 50ml of tonic to 150ml-200ml water.
