- 20 years ago Thomas Stolpman discovered this limestone outcrop in California's Central Coast, an environment which allows them to produce both Syrah & Roussane. The fruit on this wine draws you in, with notes of marmalade, greengage, yellow plum & white peach. The palate is all about these lifted fruits but with added notes of bay leaf & ginger & a seductively soft finish.
