- A 2018-vintage Australian single malt from Starward distillery that was matured in small octave barrels that previously held The Octavius Shiraz from Yalumba, before being bottled in 2021 as part of the Starward Projects series. Aromas of stewed apples, rhubarb, plums, star anise, honey, raspberry jam & sultanas fill the nose, complemented by notes of red grapes, icing sugar, candied orange peel, boiled sweets, orange & mint leaves throughout the palate.
