70cl / 54.9% / Gordon & Macphail - A 1991 Scapa single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a single first-fill bourbon barrel for almost three decades, before being bottled in December 2020 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of zesty citrus, rich vanilla, marzipan, poached pear, apples and malty cereal fill the nose, complemented by notes of honeydew melon, pineapple, white pepper, roasted nuts and soft herbs throughout the palate.

- A 1991 Scapa single malt from independent bottler Gordon & Mac Phail, matured in a single first-fill bourbon barrel for almost three decades, before being bottled in December 2020 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of zesty citrus, rich vanilla, marzipan, poached pear, apples & malty cereal fill the nose, complemented by notes of honeydew melon, pineapple, white pepper, roasted nuts & soft herbs throughout the palate.
