Initially the nose is full of white peach notes, quickly developing notes of green almonds and orange blossom. The palate is smoky and sweet, notes of nectarines, mint imperials and sweet spices mixing with toasted oak and smoked oats.

- A Perfect Measure sample of 2005-vintage rum from Habitation St Etienne, aged for six years in oak barrels before spending a final six months maturing in Highland single malt whisky casks. Initially the nose is full of white peach notes, quickly developing notes of green almonds & orange blossom. The palate is smoky & sweet, notes of nectarines, mint imperials & sweet spices mixing with toasted oak & smoked oats.
