- Matured for at least eight years in oak barrels, this has been finished for 11 months in ex-Port casks. Aromas of tobacco, brown sugar, dried fruit, rich Port, plum jam & chocolate fill the nose, & the palate offers notes of fruit cake, vanilla cream, tarte tatin, & dried fruit, balanced by toasty oak, freshly-mown grass & cinnamon.
