- Rey Campero Espadin mescal is produced in southern Oaxaca in Mexico. The Rey Campero – King of the Countryside – range focuses on small batch production using a range of different agaves to create mezcals that show off the flavours of their raw ingredients & terroir. This is made with Espadin agave that are cooked in earth pits before fermentation & then double distilled in copper stills. It's got rich smoke at the back, but is packed with sweet, fruity notes.
