- A 2001 Redbreast Irish single pot still whiskey from French indie bottler La Maison du Whisky, matured in an oloroso sherry cask for 17 years. Aromas of oranges, toasted walnuts, star anise, black pepper, incense, clove, mango, apricot & flambéed banana fill the nose, complemented by notes of coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, lemon drizzle cake, rosemary & lime blossom throughout the palate.
