75cl / 12.5% - Both Philippe and Veronique came from families of wine growers, but they wanted to create their own, so in 1995 they founded Champagne Phillippe Glavier. This rich Blanc de Blanc uses Grand Cru plots in the Cotes des Blanc and is a wonderful expression of Les Mesnil sur Oger. There are aromas of white nectarine, fresh pear and hint of citrus on the nose, leading to a full rich flavour on the palate, with creamy ripe fruit. This wine needs a little time to open up and develop in the glass.
