75cl / 12% - Pasaeli is a winery that was started back in 2000 that focuses on the native grape varieties of Turkey. Sidalan is a variety that comes from near Mount Ida (the ancient site of Troy). On the nose you find orchard fruits, a hint of liquorice and honey. The palate has bright citrus notes, sweet vanilla and a touch of grapefruit zest on the finish. This is a lovely easy drinking wine that will pair well with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
