- A very mineral-forward mezcal with a delicate smokiness & fresh herbal notes, Palenqueros Alberto Ortiz has been made with a combination of espadin & madrecuishe agave. Bottled by Italian indie bottler Velier for its Single Palenque series, this mezcal was made by Alberto Ortiz using a traditional tahona to grind the agave.
