Orkney 2012 / 9 Year Old / Watt Whisky Island Whisky
70cl / 57.1% / Watt Whisky - This 2009 Orkney single malt is the very first small-batch whisky release by independent bottler Watt Whisky. It was matured in a pair of hogsheads and vatted together, before being returned to its original casks to marry for two months before it was bottled in 2022. The result is a whisky that offers notes of fresh cream, custard tarts, orange, lemon zest, pears and rock salt throughout the palate.
