70cl / 48.4% / Douglas Laing - A 2003 North British single grain whisky from independent bottler Douglas Laing that was matured in a single refill butt for 18 years, before being bottled in February 2022 as part of its Old Particular series. Aromas of ripe bananas, walnuts, baking spices and orange zest fill the nose, complemented by notes of golden syrup sponge, ginger, vanilla, caramelised apples, sugared almonds and banoffee pie throughout the palate.

- A 2003 North British single grain whisky from independent bottler Douglas Laing that was matured in a single refill butt for 18 years, before being bottled in February 2022 as part of its Old Particular series. Aromas of ripe bananas, walnuts, baking spices & orange zest fill the nose, complemented by notes of golden syrup sponge, ginger, vanilla, caramelised apples, sugared almonds & banoffee pie throughout the palate.
