- A 1988 North British single grain whisky from indie bottler Douglas Laing that was matured in a single Pedro Ximenez sherry cask for more than three decades, before being bottled in December 2021 as part of its Xtra Old Particular series. Aromas of spiced redcurrants, polished oak & blackberry coulis fill the nose, complemented by notes of honey, burnt brioche, brown sugar, toffee apples & ripe strawberries throughout the palate.
