- A 2009 Mortlach single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured in a single refill hogshead for 12 years, before being bottled in September 2021 as part of its Old Particular series. Aromas of crunchy ginger nut biscuits, key lime pie & pistachio shells fill the nose, complemented by notes of marmalade, lemon sponge cake drizzled with honey, malted barley, pear drops & warm ginger spice throughout the palate.
