- A 1998 Mortlach single malt from independent bottler Gordon & Mac Phail, matured in a single first-fill bourbon barrel for 22 years, before being bottled in February 2021 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of citrus peel, toasted almond & aniseed fill the nose, complemented by notes of honeycomb, red apple, black pepper & lemon zest throughout the palate.
