Michelini JiJiJi Malbec Pinot Noir 2015

75cl / 12% - Pinot Noir and Malbec – on first appearance two varieties that should, in theory, never work together but strangely they actually do perfectly and that is down to the genius of the Michelini brothers. This is Argentina's answer to Beaujolais, the Malbec gives the ripe, seductive black and red fruits and the Pinot gives strawberries and a crisp, light finish. This wine is a joy to drink but it will surprise you. Try it lightly chilled with a salmon salad or a goats' cheese tart.
