70cl / 41.6% / Duncan Taylor - This superb 1969 Macallan 42 year old was bottled by Duncan Taylor as part of their ‘Rarest’ collection. No expense was spared here, from the cut crystal decanter with silver collar to the oak case made from the very cask in which the whisky had been matured. This is whisky luxury pushed to the limit. It also comes with a pair of tasting glasses and a booklet. This should be rich and oily, with notes of orange, oak and milk chocolate.
