Aromas of eucalyptus oil, smoked fudge and carbolic soap fill the nose, complemented by notes of burning heather, pine cones, grape skins, melon and wood-smoked meats on the palate that develop into honeysuckle, heather, lime pastilles and lingering wisps of smoke in the finish.
