- Made in 1997 at Tobermory distillery, this Ledaig single malt has been matured in a single refill hogshead for 21 years, before being bottled by Douglas Laing in May 2019, as part of its Xtra Old Particular range. The nose holds rich aromas of smoky bacon, sea salt & earthy peat, & the palate offers notes of burning embers, streaky bacon & heavy peat smoke, with a hint of sweet burnt sugar in the background.
