Killahora freeze and slowly thaw juice from their rare apples, which is then slowly and only partially fermented to preserve a generous proportion of the apple sugars. This pudding wine has vibrant aromas of candy floss, and flavours of toffee apple, tart green apples and caramel that are supported by soft tannins.
