- The ninth release of Kilchoman 100% Islay, bottled in 2019, has been made using barley grown on a single farm on Islay, & uses whisky that was distilled in 2007 & 2009. Sweet aromas of lemon meringue pie, apricots, juniper & wild herbs mingle on the nose, & the palate offers notes of vanilla, briny peat, dark maple syrup, lemon tarts & rich bonfire smoke.
