- In the 1960's Jean Velut & his wife had to give up their farm land near the city of Troyes. They instead moved to land they held in Champagne & decided to develop a vineyard. Today they have seven & a half hectares of land & farm this sustainably. The palate is full-bodied, with some red fruits & plum & a hint of Golden Delicious apple.
