- A 2015-vintage high-ester Jamaican rum that was matured in an ex-bourbon cask for seven years, before being bottled in May 2022 as part of its Single Barrel Selection range. Aromas of butterscotch, apple pie, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg & vanilla fill the nose, complemented by notes of vanilla ice cream, banana, digestive biscuits, crystallised ginger & soft spices throughout the palate.
