- This release combines Raasay’s peated & unpeated spirit, matured in American rye whiskey casks & re-racked into Pedro Ximenez & Oloroso sherry quarter casks. This delivered lashings of dried fruit character punctuated by peppery spice. This is a single malt with aromas of dried sultanas, milk chocolate shavings, salted caramel & ground nutmeg on the nose with an aromatic woody smoke & ground white pepper on the finish.
