After aging in French oak casks, the nose has a rich, sweet character, with aromas of sweet caramel, vanilla, mocha coffee and coconut. After aging in French oak casks, the nose has a rich, sweet character, with aromas of sweet caramel, vanilla, mocha coffee & coconut. The palate is still sweet, but with a bold edge of cinnamon & black pepper alongside the caramel notes.
