- A 1999 Highland Park single malt from independent bottler Douglas Laing that was matured in a single refill barrel for 21 years, before being bottled in December 2020 as part of its Old Particular series. Aromas of soft leather, brown sugar & oak spice fill the nose, complemented by notes of cinnamon, cocoa powder, red fruits, honeycomb & milk chocolate throughout the palate.
