Aromas of black cherries, golden sugar, nutmeg, orange zest, pressed apples and smoke fill the nose, complemented by notes of fruit cake, dried tobacco, butterscotch, mint and red apples throughout the palate.

- A 1989 Highland Park single malt from independent bottler Gordon & Mac Phail that was matured in a single refill sherry butt for more than three decades, before being bottled in December 2021 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of black cherries, golden sugar, nutmeg, orange zest, pressed apples & smoke fill the nose, complemented by notes of fruit cake, dried tobacco, butterscotch, mint & red apples throughout the palate.
