- This limited-edition Hopped Gin is the first of Hayman's Bartender Release series, & was co-created by bartender Jordan Sweeney from The Wigmore Tavern, Langham Hotel. Using Hayman's signature blend of botanicals, as well as grapefruit & two varieties of heritage hops – English Fuggle & Goldings. The result is a lively gin with bright notes of citrus & grassy, bitter hops.
