Made exclusively with a pot still & matured in a single cask, this rum has vibrant aromas of tropical fruits; mango & guava mingling with leather & liquorice on the nose. The palate offers notes of sweet pear-drops, ripe bananas & cloves before notes of overripe pineapple & toasted oak develop. The finish is long & dry with gentle waves of tobacco smoke.
