- This single cask rum was distilled on a four-column Savalle still at Diamond distillery & bottled by Holmes Cay. It was matured for two years in Guyana & a following 16 years in the UK, before being bottled in New York. The use of an ex-bourbon cask has added aromas of cocoa, tobacco & cinnamon on the nose, alongside notes of mango, pineapple & almond throughout the palate.
