Grillo Rocce Di Pietra Longa Centopassi 2017

75cl / 13% - Centopassi cultivates land that has been confiscated from the Mafia – now 94 hectares – and they work with the farmers to create lawful work for locals. They farm organically and the yields are kept low, creating wines that have great depth and texture. The Grillo has a real mineral feel to it and with notes of citrus, hazelnut and soft stone fruits it is a great alternative to a Chablis or a Pinot Grigio. Try pairing this wine with grilled seafood.
