Matured in just four casks, a combination of European & American oak, it offers aromas of lemon zest, sandalwood, jasmine, freshly cut oak, redcurrant & toffee that fill the nose. The palate brings notes of caramel, black pepper, plums, redcurrants, marshmallows & toasted oak that linger in the finish.
