- An 11-year-old Glenallachie single malt that has been matured initially in American oak barrels & finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons, adding layers of complexity & sweet fruit. Aromas of dark chocolate, plantains, sultanas, pineapple & nutmeg fill the nose, complemented by notes of heather honey, treacle, orange peel, cinnamon, dark chocolate & sultanas throughout the palate.
