70cl / 58.8% / Elixir Distillers - A 2009 Glen Elgin single malt from independent bottler Elixir Distillers that was matured in a single hogshead for 11 years, before being bottled in July 2021 as part of its Single Malts of Scotland series. Aromas of Ambrosia and Granny Smith apples, cereals and spring flowers fill the nose, complemented by notes of honeydew melon, apricot, mango, peach sorbet, toffee sauce, vanilla custard and pear jelly throughout the palate.
