- This wine is a real joy to discover, Jean-Baptiste has mainly planted Grenache & very little Syrah, which can cope with the heat of the Southern Rhone. The nose on this wine is very herbaceous with a hint of smoke, black pepper, garrigue & dark berries. The palate has this note of sarsaparilla & sweet rich fruit with dried spices & touches of wormwood. This is a stunningly good wine.
