75cl / 43.5% - A unique extra añejo Tequila from Fuenteseca, this was made with agave harvested in 1993, aged for 10 years at low altitude. It was then moved to a cooler climate for a further 11 years before being bottled in 2014. This was mainly matured in 180-litre Canadian white oak casks, with one Californian-white-wine barrel in the mix to add complexity.

It was then moved to a cooler climate for a further 11 years before being bottled in 2014.
