- Frederic Savart single-handedly organically farms his tiny four hectare plot on the slope of the Montagne de Reims. He is passionate about enabling the true terroir of the land to come through into the wines. The wines are always full of intensity & power, with a vein of acidity running through them. This rosé is pale pink with a delicate nose of rosehips, cranberry & pink grapefruit. The palate is intense & structured with that fabulous salinity that characterises his wines.
