- Matured for 18 years on American oak casks, this rum from the Dominican Republic was made by master blenders at Oliver & Oliver, in Santo Domingo. Decanted into ex-port casks, this rum made its journey across the Atlantic aboard the Tres Hombres, a Fairtransport ship. Arriving at the East London Liquor Company, the casks were rested for a further year before bottling.
