- A bold combination of rums from Barbados & Guyana, aged in the Caribbean for five years in American oak casks before being transported to Spain where it was aged for a further five years in Pedro Ximenez & Palo Cortado sherry casks. This rum has a heavily sherried character, with intensely fruity flavours filling the palate. Notes of molasses, vanilla, cinnamon & nutmeg build & mingle with spicy orange peel & cloves. The finish is rich & dark, full of chocolate & coffee flavours.
