- The Isle of Corsica is better known for its beautiful views than its wine making but this island produces some delicious mineral driven whites. This wine is certified organic & is from 100% Vermentino. On the nose vibrant fruit & ground dry ginger with pear & golden delicious apples. On the palate a slight smokey note with a touch of rosemary, crisp citrus & white almond blossom. A fantastic wine to pair with lightly fried fish or oysters.
