- A rich, sweet single malt from Deanston, distilled in 2002 & matured in recharred casks before being finished in oloroso sherry casks from organic producer Robles. Aromas of sweet cereal, prunes, figs & vanilla mingle with red fruits & buttercream icing on the nose. The palate offers notes of dark chocolate, tobacco & iced gingerbread, followed by fig, citrus, raspberry & a medley of spices.
