- A 1979 Dallas Dhu produced at the tail-end of the distillery’s life, before falling silent in 1983. This single cask whisky was drawn from a refill American hogshead & has been bottled by Gordon & Mac Phail as part of its Private Collection series. Aromas of banana, dried mango & vanilla on the nose, followed by Brazil nut, toasted oak & orange zest on the palate.
