- An old-fashioned & aromatic mezcal from Corte Vetusto, made from rare tobala agave. These small plants are cooked in a conical stone pit fired with mesquite, before being crushed by a tahona – stone wheel – fermented with wild yeast & then distilled first in copper & then in clay stills. A unique process that creates a spirit run through with fragrant smoke, floral notes & sweet honey.
