Matured for up to 11 years in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and virgin American oak casks, it offers notes of coca nibs, dried pineapple, banana chips, vanilla, grassy sugar cane, toffee, orange and tobacco leaves throughout the palate, with hints of salty sea air lingering in the finish.
