Aged for three to four months in casks, this gin is a combination of Citadelle Reserve and aged sugar (this is sugar toasted in copper cauldrons for a first stage of caramelisation, then lightly thinned and finally fermented), giving it a full and elegant character. The palate holds sweet and sour notes of lemon zest, almonds, cinnamon and spicy pepper.

Aged for three to four months in casks, this gin is a combination of Citadelle Reserve & aged sugar (this is sugar toasted in copper cauldrons for a first stage of caramelisation, then lightly thinned & finally fermented), giving it a full & elegant character.
