The palate offers notes of zesty lemons, burnt toffee, toasted oak, rich fruit cake and chocolate sauce, before developing warm baking spice and ginger cake flavours that linger in the finish.

Aromas of caramel, hazelnut, almonds, pastry, waxed lemons, wood polish & raisins mingle on the nose.
