- Matured for 14 years in amontillado-sherry seasoned hogsheads, this rich & fruity 2004 Cardhu has been bottled as part of Diageo's 2019 Special Releases. Aromas of caramel, hazelnut, almonds, pastry, waxed lemons, wood polish & raisins mingle on the nose. The palate offers notes of zesty lemons, burnt toffee, toasted oak, rich fruit cake & chocolate sauce, before developing warm baking spice & ginger cake flavours that linger in the finish.
