Aromas of raspberry milk chocolate, sliced peaches, raspberry pavlova, smoky peach melba and mint fill the nose, complemented by notes of toasted hot cross buns with singed edges, melted butter, raspberry jam, smoky lapsang souchong tea, coal dust and red fruit throughout the palate.

- A 2011 Caol Ila single malt from independent bottler Elixir Distillers that was matured in a single ex-sherry butt for 11 years, before being bottled in February 2022 as part of its Single Malts of Scotland series.
