- A 2007 Caol Ila single malt from independent bottler Gordon & Mac Phail, matured in a single refill sherry butt for 13 years, before being bottled in February 2021 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of cured meat, green apples, cinnamon & nutmeg fill the nose, complemented by notes of stewed fruit, honeycomb, cracked black pepper & smoky bonfire embers throughout the palate.
